The birds sing the truth
as the brook babbles
wisdom
of yesterday, today and
tomorrow.
Trees hum reality,
sun emanates serenity,
all begging for truth
to be lived,
for hearts to open
to be real,
to express bliss,
create peace
with spirit and soul. 
Yet we fear
the change,
the consequences
of what will
ultimately
be all that
can
Be.

a funeral
teenager's rightweouness -
parents scorn
all lessons
within cycles
bith to death

rebirth
another day
to give thanks
express gratitude
for what is
and
what isn't.

This morning's walk - beautiful but dark.

NO CHAINS

NO CHAINS


I do not wish
to bind you
in a path not yours.
i do not wish to dictate
your every move -
your choices, your freedom.
I wish to offer peace,
loving arms to embrace you,
caresses to share my love,
ears to hear your pain.
I wish to offer solitude
from the noise of this
confused planet,
a place of safety
for the children,
a place of dreams
to all
I wish to fall asleep knowing
your arms will soon surround me
melting away our daily
despairs
creating sanctity
between two souls
causing spirit to soar,
our hearts to beat
with the love
we share
rather than the
chaos of the word.
I wish to offer you
a world of bliss;
of no chains.

My prayer is that one morning you can wake up to a beautiful sunrise such as this and peace will abound.

I pray you wake up
each morning with
a smile on your face.
I pray the first words
you hear are "I love you".
I pray you are hugged
and kissed as you
deserve.
I pray each day
brings you happiness
and cheer;
and one step closer to God.
I pray the sunset
reminds you of the
love you have
in your life.
I pray you fall asleep
next to the One true love
of your life every night -
And this love continues
throughout the night,
intertwining among
your dreams
and
continues as you awake
the following day
and forever -
I pray for your happiness.
I pray for your peace.
I pray you always
remember that
an angel
watches over you
for eternity.

Allowing each day to be
just as it is.


Not trying to understand
why things are
as they are.


Doing what the Creator
has put in front of me.


Giving the future to Him.
Asking for courage
to live through
the sorrows.


Praying for faith
that hopes and dreams
can be real
some day -

engulfed my soul.
I touched his hair,
I shivered.
Memories of loving
enveloped ,y spirit.
I kissed his lips;
I melted. 
Recognition of finding
my love once more.

                              The walk brings one out
                                       into nature -
                                      chirping birds,
                                   scurrying squirrels,
                                      rambling roses,
                                     babbling brooks
                                  the ecstasy's of life -
                                     a leaf blows by -
                              a runner comes up behind -
                                        a shadow...
                               a mind of many mysteries
                                questioning the ecstasy's
                                     of a fall afternoon -
                                     churning thoughts -
                                         the dark side...
                                    two lives within one
                                     battling for balance.

as angels play

hide-and-seek

among the clouds

wearing orange and red

hues throughout

the ending of the 

day's dreams
